The APT Group's mission is to provide a premium senior care experience in small group settings while providing reliable returns to our investors. We identify favorable geographic regions to acquire single family homes well suited to residential assisted living. All houses are remodeled to provide an optimal environment for 6 to 10 residents. We want our residents to be proud of their home.
The Opportunity
Residential Assisted Living offers a unique and growing opportunity to investors. The demographic shift of aging Baby Boomers provides a growing underserved market for senior living. Today we have 23 million Americans over the age of 75 and 8.9 million over 85. It will be 2031 when the oldest Boomer turns 85; opening the floodgates for senior living.
The houses we acquire are leased to the senior care business at premium rates with longterm leases and low impact residents. This provides investors with above average returns with lower risk than many other single family home investment options.
